There
are no specific indicators of susceptibility. Any patient
with an evolving central nervous system disorder should
not receive a vaccination. It is not known if a prior
history of convulsions is associated with a higher frequency
of post-vaccination encephalitis. Stable CNS disorders
should not be a contraindication to vaccination.
